Mr. Hayatallah Mehryar Head of Social Science Department of Afghanistan National Commission for UNESCO & ISESCO (ANCUI) attended the National Training Workshop on the use of Free/Libre & Open Source Software (FLOSS) to handle daily administrative work. This workshop was held in Baku on September 21-23, 2018 with the support of the Islamic Scientific, Educational, Cultural Organization (ISESCO) and the coordination of the National Commission for the ISESCO of Azerbaijan.
